About Us
Nine years of caring for island homes.
Owning a villa on Koh Samui, or managing a portfolio of them, means the cleaning has to be right every single time, whether you're on the island or not. That's what we've been doing since 2017. We've now got over nine years of experience, completing more than 5,700 jobs a year across the island, for owners, Airbnb hosts and property managers who need it done properly without having to check up on it.
Most of that work isn't a one-off visit. A lot of our clients are on routine schedules, weekly, a few times a week, sometimes daily, because they'd rather have a team that knows their home properly than book a stranger every time something needs doing. That consistency is what keeps the standard steady, whether it's high season or a quiet Tuesday in June.
What really sets us apart is the team. More than thirty people, many of whom have been with us for years, not months. Someone who's cleaned the same villa a hundred times knows exactly what 'done right' looks like for that specific property, and takes real pride in getting there every time. That's not something you can build overnight, and it's the reason owners keep coming back to us.
